    It is the only field you have to fill in. The rest can wait.

    If you have done it before, your previous operation appears, with the hardware you used and what you meant to change.

  3. Keep what worked

    Copy its details with one tap, change what differs, and save.

Your notes are visible only to you. There is no field for a patient's name, personal identity number or record number.
